Amazfit GTR 3 Pro Smartwatch - They are not giving me refund

i bought an "Amazfit GTR Pro Smartwatch" on **/**/****. from
Dealer: "Sagar International Birchand & Sons" address: ****/*, Green Field, South Model Gram, opp. national lab, Ludhiana.
i bought it on **/**/****. i found a lot of issues with smartwatch like, Lagging, Restarting automatically, speakers and mic issues, and many others. as suggested by the dealer i complained about watch to the online Amazfit service center by tollfree number and whatsapp number as well. but they didn't help me. everyday they said our delivery boy will come to your address and pickup your watch. i complained on ** december and gave them my all details address etc. i kept calling and messaging to service center since ** december, **** to ** january, ****. they didn't help. then i talked to the dealer where i bought watch. i asked him to help me out. i don't like the brand i want my REFUND. he said refund is not possible but i can try replacing your smartwatch. then i gave him the watch on ** january ****. and i got replacement on ** january, ****. after replacement i used watch for a week. again i found issues with the watch like Touch control was not good, lagging and connection issues. i again talk to the dealer that its happening. i made all the videos of smartwatch issues. sent them too. i said to dealer that give me refund i am not satisfied with this brand. and again he said refund us not possible. everytime i tell them my problem. dealer give me a contact number of any north head's salesman. that he can help u again he said i can replace ypur watch instantly at this time so now in february i got an another replacement. but again sometimes watch get hangs and restart automatically. i said i am not satisfied with the brand i want my refund but they are not listening to me. i even said that i will send you a legal notice by court if you don't give me refund. after that one of their saleman talked to me very rudely that "Jo karna hai krlo" ab to tumhe kuch b nahi milega .. no refund, no replacment. thats not the way to talk to a customer. they wasted my a lot of time. i just wanted my refund. but i didn't get.
