I would like to raise a complaint regarding the repeated issue with my bike, which still remains unresolved despite multiple visits to your authorized service centers.
Initially, my bike was getting discharged repeatedly and was not starting properly. I took the bike to your Okhla service station, where the team informed me that the issue was related to the coil, and they replaced it. The bike started properly in front of them, and I accepted the repair.
However, within just two days, my bike broke down again on the highway and failed to start. Due to the situation, I had to arrange a tempo to transport the bike back home, which caused me significant inconvenience and additional expense.
After that, I visited your Kirti Nagar service station, where the coil was again replaced within a month. The team then informed me that the battery was faulty, and I also replaced the battery as advised. Despite replacing both the coil and battery, the same issue continues, and my bike is still not functioning properly.
I am extremely disappointed with the repeated breakdowns and the inability to permanently resolve the issue. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, loss of time, and additional expenses.
I request you to thoroughly inspect the bike and provide a permanent resolution to this issue at the earliest. I also request proper support and accountability from your service team.
