baefikre - They are denying to either return or to replace the product even if there is a size mismatch issue a

I had placed an order from www.baefikre.com. I had checked their return policy online (attached doc proof) then only i had made this purchase. Now their is size mismatch and i want a bigger size. I can see in their site, those size which i want is still available. However they are simply denying that size is not available and not ready to either return or replace. EIther they should have mentioned clearly in their site but they have not. They are simply fooling the customers. They even deny to share their manager's number. Please help.
