I want to convey my massage to you .. i brought ***** put option in morning(**/**/****) at the price of around ** ,*** quantity after your app shows profit of **** like that the put option price is *** but give exit the price *** but at the time because of your issue it will hit and cancelled and again i add *** quantity again buying option is working after that the price shows *** like that i exit at the price *** at the time also it will not exit sir ... Because of issue lost my money .... After tried some many time of for customer service and finally they called me and convey the all massage to the person told me to exit now at he time the price ** after sometime it's increasing....
For that reason i need a compensation from your side .....
