Thespeedtravel - thespeedtravel com cheated us by taking full 100 amount for tour package and still did not provide u

As me and my wife were planning to tour for north east states Manipur and Nagaland, I was searching for tour packages online on multiple websites. I enquired on couple of websites like HelloTravels etc. During these searching, I received a call and whatsapp message from Ms Kavya (booking person @ Speed Travel) and then we started discussion about tour package planning. After finalizing tour itenary, they asked for **% amount in advance on **th March which I paid on the same day. After passing few days, when they neither sent flight ticket or any booking details then I started asking them for details as our tour date was approaching near. On the enquiry they asked me to deposit remaining **% amount as well as they needed to book amount in hotel. After some discussion I deposited remaining **% amount as well which means that I had deposited full ***% amount (Rs. *****) to this company. Our travel date was scheduled for **th March and despite of following up multiple times on **th March (just one day ago), they did not send any hotel booking details or any flight tickets. Now our planned tour date has been passed and as of today we have not received the refund of our amount as well. After searching for this company we found that * similar cheating complaints have been filed against this company on voxya portal which has proved that this company is actually fake. It was also found that on their company website http://thespeedtravel.com/ they have given address of Sonipat, Haryana but their bank account was opened in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh which prove that their address is also fake. We would like to file complaint against this company to get our full amount (Rs *****) back.
