We had searched online and booked Room for * days through Agoda - OYO***** Vashi Gymkhana, This is the booking Reference # for Guest : *********
After we visited property they said there is no online bookings and they can’t refund our amount. Then we had to go and search other room.
Request to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount
