Lavstra - There is no confirmation message or email regarding my order

I made * orders for arabic name pendant one for me , * for my mother and sister. Since it was my birthday I wanted to give them something too. I have not received any confirmation email from their side and now when I login in their portal I see there are no orders placed in the order section considering I spent almost **** this is outrageous and absurd, I want my money back.
