DCC express - There is a big scam

I met a guy from matrimonial site,he wanted to get settled in india.he mentioned he will be coming next month to india and thus asked me to receive his luggage on his behalf because then he can comfortably come here. The luggage was sent as decided. After reaching it in India, a lady called me saying the luggage has gold & diamonds in it and you need to pay **,*** for custom clearance.I paid it.then the next day she again called and asked me to pay **,*** as a insurance coverage which I refused to pay.I researched on this courier company.tried to sent an email,but email Id was wrong.The payment was made in the name of Arif husain,accnt no- ***********,IFSC- idfb*******,new delhi.
