THEFT BY LABOUR - THEFT

Theft had been done by labour(Name: Rajendra) of centrifugal pump on **/**/****. Rajendra was doing Putti and Paint job in my house and suddenly centrifugal pump of my home stopped working so I had purchased new at that time but I want to fix that old one too after that tomorrow Rajendra told that he will put the centrifugal pump to the repair shop so I gave him. As he was doing paint job in my house, the deal of paint job has been made of ****Rs but he done only half part of my house and he took **** from me by saying that he needs money to purchase the raw material for paint. Rajendra's brother was the kind of guarantor of Rajendra work, and his friend is also the guarantor of his work completeness. Rajendra done total fraud of ****(includes centrifugal pump) and his friend is also partner in this fraud. I don't know the name of his friend but I know his mobile number as **********. Evidence of this incident is my home which is half painted and his co-worker.
