Pragati cargo packers and movers - Theft of expensive item

Complaint:

I, Anchit Raj, booked packers and movers service from Mumbai to Patna with PRAGATI CARGO PACKERS & MOVERS (Consignment Note No. *** dated * March ****).

Upon delivery, I found that multiple cartons were tampered with, seals were broken, and items were missing. One full carton is completely missing. Several goods were also delivered in damaged condition.

This clearly indicates serious negligence, mishandling, and possible theft during transit. The goods were handed over in proper sealed condition, but were delivered in a compromised and tampered state.
