Drapino fab - The worst product received

I placed an order on Drapino fab but they have given me the worst product , My order number ispu************. I sent an email to them but not a single response . I have also called them on their number but it was not reachable +** ***** ***** and it is from Gujarat .
I want my money back and I am planning to take a legal action against them.
