One plus nord buds - The warranty card and accessories are missing

Hello.
On **/**/**** I received my order. I ordered Oneplus nord buds *R on **/**/****.
When I received my parcel I opened it (I forgot to make an unboxing video as I was in a hurry) . On the box of the buds, it was written that I'll receive *N ONEPLUS NORD BUDS *R.
*N USER GUIDE *N SAFETY AND WARRANTY CARD, *N BRAND STICKER IN CHARGE CABLE *N EARTIPS.
*N RED CABLE CLUB WELCOME CARD.
But I only received *N ONEPLUS NORD BUDS *R. And in charge cable. Nothing else with it. Not even a warranty card. Which made me unsatisfied with your service.
I already filed a complaint on the day of delivery itself, but didn't receive a reassuring response from the company.
I want to return the product.
Please help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
