Sri Vaari Enterprise - The trouble machine was sending it and material not received

I have purchased a paper plate machine in Divya Enterprises first pay some *k amount machine received then after pay some **k amount. The trouble machine was sending it. some *k amount bill only sends it that bill name is another company name. When I contacted them they said I will inform my MD. If I call or message them they are not responsible. Please help to get money back
