Kalini - The status of excange show delivered but hadent done yet

I have ordered one suit set from myntra. Due to size issues i requested for and exchange of bigger size. The delivery person came for exchange but he said the item does not have brand tag so he will not able to exchange it and will send a confirmation after it has been approved. After thaf nothing is been done by the customer support. Even they are showing that its been deliverd but it hadent as i have the original product which has not been exchanged yet. I am also not able to connext to customer care as no option is provided in app to talk to them. Everytime i raise a query they reply back thay it has been delivered which did not delivered ever.
