This is regarding my recent purchase on **-**-**** at **:**:** pm. My Order No. W****/****/*****. The shop has received the full amount of Rs. **,***/- in cash on the date of purchase, yet, not been delivering the product till date (**-**-****). Even though the lady (Ms Rupa Dutta) assured the delivery maximum within * days. She has been continuously stretching the date of delivery with blatant and ridiculous lies. We are frustrated and launching an official complain in the consumer forum for justice. Please help us.
