My order no. Is #RD*****. I had ordered Flare Sleeve Chiffon Dress with High Waist Robe and V-neck Ruffle Dress - S on **nd July,had asked for return and refund on the very same day. there is no finishing in the product and the threads are coming out from the sleeves and flare area. I have asked for return of the product but have got no confirmation regarding return and refund process
