I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made from your platform. On [Date of Purchase], I ordered a portable fan (Order No. [Your Order Number]) expecting it to meet the specifications and quality as advertised on your website. However, I have encountered several discrepancies which I would like to bring to your attention.Misleading Product Information: The product listing on your website displayed a portable fan with a USB cable, but upon receiving the item, I found that it came with a different cable, which was not mentioned in the product description or shown in the images.Inaccurate Performance Specifications: The product description mentioned a working duration of * to * hours. However, the fan does not operate for the specified duration, falling significantly short of the promised working hours.Limited Return Options: Upon realizing these discrepancies, I attempted to initiate a return for a refund. Unfortunately, I discovered that the product is only eligible for a replacement, which is not a satisfactory resolution given the issues I have encountered.I trust that as a reputable e-commerce platform, you value customer satisfaction and uphold transparency in product listings. Therefore, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:Arrange for a refund of the purchase amount to my original payment method as I am not interested in a replacement due to the misleading information.Update the product listing to accurately reflect the included accessories and performance specifications to avoid similar issues for future customers.Review your return policy to ensure that customers have appropriate options for resolution in case of discrepancies between advertised and received products.I have attached copies of the order confirmation, delivery receipt, and relevant screenshots of the product listing for your reference.
