I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience regarding the return of two dresses I ordered. Unfortunately, both dresses did not fit me as expected, so I initiated a return.
When the delivery agent came to collect the return package, I was unavailable and had politely requested that they return the following day to collect the items. However, I was surprised to receive a message stating that my return is on hold due to quality check issues—despite the fact that the package was never even picked up or examined.
This is completely unfair and misleading. How can a quality check fail when the package was not even collected? I now find myself stuck with items I cannot use, and your support system has been completely unhelpful. This has given me a terrible first experience with online shopping on Myntra, and I am feeling extremely helpless and disappointed.
I kindly request that the return be re-initiated immediately and that my refund be processed without further delay.
