Shakthi JK filed complaint against Colive advisory Pvt Ltd on May 12, 2026
I had booked a room at St. Paul’s Colive PG Bellandur and paid ₹*,*** as the lock-in amount based on the information provided during booking. At that time, I was informed that the amount was only to lock the room and that I could visit the property by May ** or the following week, confirm the room in person, and then proceed with the remaining payments.
However, I am now being informed that I must additionally pay rent for May **–**, the full rent for June, deposit charges in two terms, along with other convenience and extra charges. These terms were not clearly communicated earlier during the booking process.
Due to these unexpected charges and changes in terms, I am no longer interested in proceeding with this property. Therefore, I kindly request you to cancel my booking and refund the ₹*,*** lock-in amount at the earliest. But thought the complaint is raised there is no response from the company.
