Pearl Designer - The package is not sent

I ordered a lehenga in the month of December **** for my wedding. I paid her Rs. ***** by online payment for order confirmation. She still didn't deliver that lehenga even after my marriage. I have only her contact number but she never attends my calls and never respond after payment. We couldn't contact her location because she denies sharing her address in Whatsapp chat. Once she also called and told to deliver that lehenga. But after a few days, she again started ignoring my calls and responding to me. I have mentally suffered from her. I have only a few details of her. Her name is Divya Goyal. Her address is in Delhi most probably. Her Instagram/ Facebook page is Pearl Designer blouses and sarees/ Delhi Lehenga with her contact information ********** and **********. Please help me. I have lost Rs.***** financially and also suffered mentally too much. I can't do anything that's why I am posting here.
