Dailyknots - The order is completely different from what I actually ordered

First of all I was not able to login into my account or track my order in any way nor did I get any confirmation. My called left unanswered or they use to cut them and then switch off their phone. After calling continuously for two days, they picked up my call and told that there was some error in the website that strangely did not occur during payment but after that. I received my order after * days then and it has a pack of two dresses of which one was completely different from what I ordered. The quality is so bad and even the colour and design are not the same. When I checked their website to return it, it said that I have to return it by courier myself and then also they will deduct some amount before the refund. I don't understand why do I need to pay extra when they sent me a totally different dress. It's a mistake from their side.
