Sahara India - The matured amount is nether getting delivered or no one hear my request

This email I am writing at the end after trying all our efforts to get my maturity amount dated on **/**/****. My details are as follows:
Name: Keshaw Prasad.
Scheme: Sahara V Double.
Membership no: ***********
Start Date: **/**/****, Maturity date: **/**/****.
The receipt and certificates are attached.
The aforementioned details may help you to find our details. To get my maturity paid, I went to the Agent, local office and the main office here in Giridih but in spite of giving me an assurance, they treated me so badly as if I was asking for a loan. You too can hear the audio attached. I can understand the delay in the process but at least we deserve RESPECT. I am truly regretting after this incident and this forced me to think that I may have invested in a wrong place.

Please if you may look into this matter and can help releasing the funds or let me know the confirmed date of payment to get released, I will be highly obliged for the same.
