I placed an order for reading glasses on **th Jun with Order ID *LlDAw-******* from Haritu Trading The item I received does not match what I ordered.
The product is not usable for me as the power/specification is incorrect. This is a clear mismatch and against consumer rights.
I request you to Initiate a full refund amount which I paid.
Please arrange a pickup/return at the earliest.
