I have ordered a dress from the fashion Factory. To confirm the order they called me from a number and confirmed. I got the order after *week. I have opened the parcel and very much surprised with the order. That is completely different from what I have ordered. I tried to reach them via customer care and whatsapp. Filled a return form as well. But couldn't get any response. Then I realised that the company has cheated me. The product I received will not cost atleast *** .. they just sent me two worst pieces from the road side.
