This is not the first time I have faced this issue this *th time
I will get the message that my order is out for delivery and I will wait for the order to deliver but no one will deliver my order nor contact me when I check the tracking details they simply mark that consignee refused or cancelled the order
And then I contact the customer support ( amazon , Myntra, derma co (twice) , nykaa ) they will also say they same that they marked I refused the order and I directly contacted the particular delhivery customer service they said they will take action but nothing is solved I have complained about this about *_* times but still I am facing this issues
