I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered regarding a recent purchase I made on your app.
On *th February ****, I placed an order with the transaction ID(ZTBLIN-**-FD******FE), and applied the coupon code "mbkblinkit" as part of a promotion promising a Mobikwik wallet cashback of **% on the order value of ****/-. As per the terms, I was expecting a cashback of approximately ***.* rupees to be credited to my Mobikwik wallet within ** working days.
However, as of ** march ****, I have not received the promised cashback. I have waited patiently beyond the stipulated timeframe and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Kindly investigate the delay in processing the cashback and ensure that the promised amount is credited to my Mobikwik wallet at the earliest. Additionally, please provide any necessary information or updates regarding the status of this issue.
