I booked a ticket on **/**/**** and had to wait for two hours in Chennai due to a bus delay. On my return journey, I was just ** minutes late to the boarding point because a funeral procession blocked the road. Despite this, the bus did not wait for me. However, according to the tracking system, the bus itself was delayed and reached its next stop at *:** PM instead of *:** PM. When I called the driver, he spoke rudely, saying, "We have departed. If you can, catch the bus," instead of offering any assistance. If the bus was already running late, I don't understand why they couldn’t wait for just ** minutes. This was extremely inconvenient, and I request an explanation and a resolution.
