I have already make the payment of Rs ****/- on dated **-**-**** towards new handset purchase but no updates rec'd on my mobile number and on my registered email id..
So request you to please help me out toget the same and when can the handset will reach to my address
Cheated by vendor by sending empty box and payment also taken
