Fyp - The account doesn t complete the transaction

I have about *** rupees in the pgy money wallet, but everytime I try to use the card or even online transaction it fails stating the money would not be debited

Fyp – Payment declined by bankClosed
Online transactions are declined by the fyp app. Also you can't send money to other users without completing kyc. However, the kyc services are disabled now. So you can't spend your own money nor can you withdraw it...
