sri sai guest house ladies pg - the 45 day hostel fee rule

They have a group of hostels under sri sai name in bangalore.They also have some ridiculous rules and regulations very efficient in extorting money from students and working women.One particularly known as the "**th day rule".
the rule states that if a hosteller vacates before completion of * months of her stay,she should inform the management ** days prior to vacating day.Now i came to this hostel in hopes of staying beyond * months and i was well aware of this **th day rule.But little did i know that due to an urgent situation at home i couldnt stay here anymore and had to vacate after just staying here for a month .
The months rent here is ****,at the time of booking the room we also pay them maintainance charges(****) as well as extra **** for book a bed in the room,along with a security deposit of ****.
Its true i had read and accepted their rules and regulations,but i never knew i had to suffer in this extent.
Not only i had to pay them * months rent ,the security deposit will also not be returned to me.So just for staying here a month i have had a total loss of ***** rupees
