Thai Smile - Thai Smile airline not giving refund for canceled flight
ALNAVAZ NURALAH filed complaint against Thai Smile on Oct 15, 2022
I have repeatedly sent email and call to customer service of Thai Smile. They have not provided refund for a flight that was canceled in February ****. First they said refund has been already processed. But i checked with my bank and it was never received. After so many times of sending them email, they agreed that refund was not given due to issue with bank. Can you please help to escalate the process so i can get the refund?
