I have contacted a clothing wholesaler kailash bariwa online and he is registered party from bhilwara , I have ordered shirt pieces of amount **** on **-**-**** and he sent me bill of that amount and I have paid the amount on same day of order but till today I have received that parcel from him and whenever I call him , he do not accept the call and now he blocked me everywhere where I can contact him, please take an action on this matter and help me to get the parcel or amount back
