bajaj - test ride denied

Bajaj showroom dealer Raja bajaj injodhpur city is denying for giving test ride of new pulsar ns***. showroom dealer is forcing to give **** rupees to deposit *st as booking amount then only test ride will be provided. showroom dealer is saying that this booking amount is non refundable in case customer doesn't like bike.
this is very low level cheap unethical and unprofessional way to speak by this dealer staff and its highly shamefully for bajaj company that they are blackmailing people to deposit money to get test ride.
I hope bajaj toh management will provide me test of this bike in jodhpur city and also takes strict action against this dealer who brings such an disgrace and shame to the brand name.
