tesla diagnostics - tesla diagnostics gave wrong reports

I am Srinivas resident of Old Alwal Hyderabad l. Let me brief you the issue

I have booked an appointment for Blood checkup on **th June for LFT,*D echo and neck X Ray for my dad near Suchitra Tesla as suggested by doctor, I have got the results on an evening which shows my dad has jaundice. in which complete family went into depression as he is ** years he got open heart surgery and he is diabetic patient
Next day early morning based on your reports we have done an abdominal test in which they said he has stones in gal bladder. we have to visit the cardiologist as he got operated for open heart surgery and he suggested to Gastro Department.
The whole day we have spent in hospital. We spoke to the surgeon and he said that to get the test done again as values are incorrect. we have to get the test done and we found that the TESLA has given incorrect values.

I reached TESLA and spoke with Fayez and the lab in charge he is like it's just a small type error and why did doctor suggested to test again (MY question if I go for jaundice treatment based on your report what would have happened to my dad)
This guys is like when you come next time i will give you ** %discount. I am not sure if this guy is talking there sense or not. they don't even know how to speak with the customer

Next I spoke to the head of the that Laxman he is like give me * days of time I will speak with the legal team and update

MY straight question to TESLA

*) Why dint the doctor or Lab in charge check the report before giving it to me
*)Which doctor has singed the sheet?
*)My dad had an open heart surgery and he went into depression include family cause of your reports
*) I have spent again *K plus and spent whole day in hospital coz of wrong reports
