Cultfit - Terrible Services in The Iron Pumpers Gym managed by Cult Fit

I and my siblings purchased * memberships from cult. I visited the gym for my workout around *:**pm IST on **th may and have faced the following issues in regard to equipment , cleanliness and hygiene and Ventilation.
The washroom was not clean, I even informed the receptionist on the **th as well, it was smelly really bad, although they told me that they had cleaned the washroom.
People were using the equipment and their sweat was there , when I asked for the tissue papers, there was no availability of tissue papers to clean the equipment after being used by someone.
I was using Lat pull down , but the equipment wasn't able to set per my height (which is *** cms ), later I gotta know that's the minimum we can set for support. I can't do it without support on my thighs.
Ac wasn't working at all, understand the situation, it's already ** degree celsius out there , and you are working out and A/c not working, anyone can get dehydrated or faint.
With all the above said issues, it will be hard for us to pursue further, may i request you to please cancel our gym membership with them. It will be difficult to workout in such heat and no ventilation.

I have informed the same to the receptionist for both the Cult fit or Iron Pumpers.

Now, I raised the same request again on June *th and below is the email body I shared
Team, last week I requested a cancellation request for not providing the appropriate environment for gymming per govt. guidelines.

AC still not working, below is the picture of attached room temperature inside the gym. The temperature shows ** F which is ** .** degree Celsius and when there were barely **-** people inside the entire gymming area. I have plenty of screenshots taken at different times of checking in.

Non-installation of Tissue Papers.

Equipments ain’t working.

Cleanliness and hygiene factor still not tackle yet.

Moreover , they have been posting for classes but it’s not happening on time, I noticed this for one class where we received a text on WhatsApp group for AMRAP session which is at *:** pm, I was there no classes happened.
I have attached a few screenshot for your kind perusal.

Even after sending multiple feedbacks and mail for the issues we are facing, there’s no work done. Most terrible customer service that we have encountered.

I asked them to provide me an update and they have been saying we are working on it , allow us some time , I had my last conversation on Monday and now no contact , all they have been replying on email that please allow us some time.
