We had bought a Hitachi AC * years ago and it recently stopped working. We had raised a comlaint no. *********** with their representative Anamika Maity (***********) and the Area Sales & Service Manager, Mr. Biplap (***********). We told them we have a * month old baby at home who is suffering without the AC. They said it would get fixed by Saturday the *th of August. Today is the *th of August and neither is the AC fixed nor are Ms. Maity and Mr, Biplab answering their calls. Our child has now come in for a very severe skin infection because of the heat and the medical expenses are high!
