Make My Trip & Jakhar Travels - Terrible service and rudeness by the travel agent and bus staff

I booked a ticket through MakeMyTrip, Jakhar Travels Jhalawar to Jaipur. Booked Ac sleeper. L* seat, last one to the bus of lower berth. The seat was terribly maintained no bed seat just nearly covering & besides that, at least more than five passengers were accommodated between the two berths. I could have chosen seating one instead of a sleeper but for the hassle-free journey, I paid the sum and preferred Ac sleeper one. Passengers sitting between the two berths crowed even occupying a portion of the berth.
When I bring the issue to notice to Jakhar travels agent, quite rude he was. He said that no shifting can be made. You will be refunded after a **% deduction, you are not a girl so they gonna touch you. These were the sentences of them. Bus staff was even ruder. Making a mockery of the problem. Quite a terrible experience it was. Felt being cheated & mentally harassed. Kindly look into the matter. Hoping to have justice through you.
