Subject: Concern Regarding Unfair Treatment at Store
Our store manager has been regularly keeping us back for *–* extra hours beyond our shift timings without paying overtime. When we raised concerns about this unfair practice, instead of resolving the issue, we were told to resign and leave the store. This has created a stressful and hostile work environment for employees.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
