Modicare - Termination of My MCA NO.

I am a Modicare consultant.. And I have been working with company since September **** .. There is a loyalty program in company, under which customers avail a lot of offers. I am along with loyalty program since September **** to August ****.Even I have made a billing of Rs. **** on *rd of August **** in order to qualify for loyalty program. By doing this I am eligible to get a coupon of Rs. **** in next month i. e September ****.But company have terminated my account on * August ****.Loyalty program is a program under which a customer makes a billing of Rs. **** or more before ** of every month continuing * to ** months , then he/she will be able to get a cupon of Avg. Of * to** month .
