Ujaas Energy Limited - Terminal benefits not paid even after 8 months of leaving

I was working as Asst. Manager HR with the company since *.* years. The management asked me to resign on ** July **** due their own reasons or else they will terminate me. I had to resign the same day and leave. since then I have been begging them for my salary, statutory gratuity, notice period reimbursement, leave reimbursement and incentive amounting to be of Rs *.** lac approx. But they have not paid anything yet. They have given me my Releiving letter after *** days of me leaving the company. Now its been more than *** days, but they have no intensions of paying the benefits. I am still unemployed and need my rightful money. But they are mentally harassing me. I have the call recordings , whatsapp chat , emails as proofs regarding the same. The labour office of Indore (MP) is also not helping me in anyway.
