DST Exports - Temple not Shipped

On **/**/****, I contacted by DST Exports, address ***, near New Sabzi Mandi, Ragho Majra, Keshar Bagh, Patiala, Punjab ******, India Mr Anmol (+** ***** *****) to purchase a ready‑made temple. We agreed on a price of ₹*.* lakh, and I was asked to pay a **% deposit before they would begin the polishing work. rest **% after shipping the temple and then around **-**K(shipping charge) after receiving the temple at home in Glasgow UK. So as requested, on **.**.**** transferred ₹**,*** first and then another ₹*,**,*** on **.**.** totalling ₹*.* lakh. After that very less response from Anmol and his team.
However, the moment Anmol received the deposit, he stopped responding to my calls and messages completely. Despite repeatedly requesting updates about Temple progress he just send a message that temple is ready, I asked him photos for final look then ship the Temple from that movement they stop responding my messages and calls and even asking for a refund if they could not deliver the temple, there was no reply from him or the company. My calls were ignored, and my messages were left unread.
It has now been more than two months but no communication, no delivery, and no refund. I have all proof of payments and conversations to support my claims. This behaviour feels dishonest and unprofessional.
