Vk Digital Network Private Limited - Television is Destroyed due to Cable provider carelessness

i lost my tv due to lightning strike. I was confused at the beginning because the switches were off. And other gadgets like mobile charger. Fish tank motor was also there in the same board. It wasnt affected by the lightning strike. It was only the set top box and the tv which was completed burnt inside.The service man told the main reason was the cable network cable which passes the electricity through set top box to TV. It happened to many houses here. i want to make the cable operator to take responsibility and give compensation for the Television that I lost.
