I have purchased an Adsun smart TV from Flipkart. The TV has issue of screen.No one technician is came for installation. So I have raised a request for replacement but multiple times I have called for Flipkart for replacement no one technician came for visit now their senior executive changed my request from replacement to refund but still the technician doesn't came for visit.
I have took multiple times follow up from Flipkart but still they assures that mine issue will resolve in ** hours but the issue haven't solved yet
