The technician is very reluctant to address the complaint regarding the water purifier. Instead of attending to the issue, they simply send the feedback form. Even though I called customer care to express that the technician would attend shortly, they never actually came. I am an AMC customer. This complaint has not been resolved since May **** up to the present date.
