Wazirx Application - technical issue of cancelling my order from wazirx

I sold my wrx token for *****rs ann want buy another token name Cartesi and buyed it at rate *** and after i buyed from that time it started drop down , not an issue , issue is when i bit a sell for it at ** , the cartesi token drop from that also and i started cancelling my order so that i could sell it the rate ** but the app did not cancel my order for ** minutes which cause me a loss of *****inr and after ** min wazir send me notification that your order have been cancelled successfull when the rate of cartesi was **. How much they are making fool of people , this is my first step of complain after that i will lodge FIR against wazir x if my money is not refunded , i will manage the loss if it was my fault but the application of wazirx made fool for not cancelling order which let the coin price drop from **-**inr, it happened *th time and this time i will not tolerate and do whatever it takes to get my money back cause its a huge amount. and now i have buyed wrx from that **k loss which worth about *****rs and moreover loss of ***.*wrx token.
