"Disappointing Experience with AHA Solar Company
I'm writing to express my frustration with AHA Solar Company's unresponsive customer service and technical issues. Despite having installed solar panels and a meter, I'm unable to claim my subsidy due to a technical fault on their end.
Repeated emails to patel.punit*@gmail.com and contact support requests have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected as a customer. My DGVCL consumer number is ***********, and I've provided all necessary documentation, yet no one is willing to assist me.
I urge AHA Solar Company to take responsibility for their technical issues and provide adequate customer support. It's unacceptable to leave customers in the dark after installing their systems.
I hope someone from AHA Solar Company will finally take notice and resolve this issue. Until then, I caution others to be wary of this company's unresponsive customer service and technical shortcomings.
