Coin Switch Kuber - technical glitch at their end result in closing of my position

I want to highlight below mentioned issues for order ID : *****f**-d**a-****-a*ba-a*a**c*f*d*f to your knowledge that I want you to resolve it on urgent basis.


* In trades section my position was showing closed at *:** pm at executed price of **.** if that so after closing my position how can I be charged be funding fees of Rs. ****.** at funding fees interval at *:** PM which is after closing my trade.


* Under order section it displayed that my order has been executed at **:** Pm why there is a * hrs difference between my trade time and order time and you can check the coin never touch **.** at executed time of order which is **:** pm


* I have taken over hundred of future position in the last ** days and got mail on my registered id everytime I close my trade and try to hold any future position but this time I don't receive any mail from your end.


* I have taken two short position of SOON coin one of Rs. ****** and other one of Rs. ****** which sums up to Rs. ****** and according to order that was executed by me on **:** shows that long position or my position was closed at Rs. ******* and the difference will be my loss which is about ****** and taking **** as commission my investment was Rs. ****** where is my balance Rs. ***** which is also not reflecting.


* I have been constantly watching my trade and it was live till **:** and as per chart data coin never touched **.** at the given executed time.


* My total investment was Rs. ****** and the commission I was charged on my * short position was Rs. *** and the commission charged on my long position against short was Rs. **** and my realised loss is Rs.****** and funding fees is Rs. **** which sums up to total of more than Rs. ****** how this can be possible.
