Ilife vacuum cleaner - Tech support people delaying to repair the product

I bought ilife v* max vaccum cleaner from flipkart. Its working good for * months. After that it is not charging properly and not working. I raised complaint on May ** **** and technical person told like they don't provide home visit support only video call support. If it shows trouble means they pickup the robot and repair it. For sending the pickup mail they took * days and now delivery person not came as they promised.
The customer care doesn't have any proper hierarchy system and also they are delaying the service.
