Rohit ranjan kujur filed complaint against Teachnook saas sales on Jul 3, 2025
I am a student who enrolled in the SaaS Sales course offered by Teachnook. I paid a total amount of ₹*,**,*** for the course, but due to unavoidable circumstances, I requested a refund. Teachnook refunded only ₹**,*** and later informed me that a full refund cheque was being prepared.
However, they insisted that I must repay the ₹**,*** already refunded in order to receive the full cheque amount, which is highly unethical and financially impossible for me as a student. This has caused mental stress and financial strain.
Resolution Sought:
Immediate refund of the remaining ₹*,**,***
As a student, this large sum is difficult to lose. I trusted Teachnook as a learning platform, and this treatment is both unfair and unacceptable. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court with legal help if this is not resolved promptly.
