Irctc Indian - TDR Filed Refund not Received

I Booked Kir Asr Express (*****) now I Come to know which always Delays Exceeding Time The Departure Date on **th of April **** Midnight Hrs Time **:** AM to **:** AM Old Delhi Railway station to Jalandhar City Railway station and I payed through Amazon paylater by Giving the Agent charges of ** and Free cancellation charges The Total fare amount I payed was ***. I waited till * AM Even Having Breathing Trouble uncomfortable while waiting I am a women in **+ year old The Train Arrived at *AM and it was stinking and I ask the TT coach when this Train Reach at Jalandhar City it will be Very late after *pm it gives late service not in Time because I had to attend Some service before it Reaches so I cancelled and Within * Hrs in the morning I Filed the TDR for Refund ( Reference no. ***************) Reason Train Delayed/Late more than *Hrs and passenger not Travelled the valid Reason , Still not Received the Refund Disappointed And Not showing in irctc website Refund status PNR ********** Date of Travel **th of April **** Kindly Check and Solve this issue I have Faced So much problem in my Health due of Waiting so long hours in the station and not able to Reached the Right place where I had to Reach I Hope will Receive The Resolution to get my Refund at same mode of payment Amazon paylater or pay Look for your Response Thanks
